Hi, I’m Anita!

Not all that long ago, I was in a cycle of attracting emotionally unavailable and insensitive-type men, all of which led me to show up anxious, insecure, jealous and controlling.

Not only were the men I was attracting not “the one” for me, but because of my codependent and insecure tendencies, I wasn’t being a great partner to them either.

After a slew of failed relationships in my 20s, I realized I needed to make a change.

I dove head first into my healing work. In these several intense years, I learned about myself and my story. I learned how to like myself and respect myself.

Through it, I was not only able to break out of the cycle of going after unavailable or unaligned partners, but I was also able to break free from my insecurity because I had found myself along the journey.

Shortly thereafter, I met the love of my life, my partner, my best friend, my person.

Now I’m on a mission to help as many women who are ready to break free from their insecurity and codependency, and step into their true, authentic selves so they, too, can find their forever love.
